28mm Painted Heresy Miniature: Smoking Sentry.

.....from their trenchcoat warriors range and would have to say in my top 10 favourite figure sculpts.

From Heresy Miniatures http://www.heresyminiatures.com/ from the trenchcoat warriors range of figures under sci-fi, there are I believe about 15 figures in the range now and some are great like this guy and some are off the bloody wall poses doing matrix style shenanigans which doesn't interest me in a wargaming pose but probably for dioramas more so but its a great pose for that lone guard stationed outside a door or lurking in a corridor, will probably pick up some more of his less dynamic brethern at Salute in April.

L to R, 28mm Foundry and Hasslefree Miniatures.

  1. That is a great sculpt and definitely one of the best out of what is an excellent range of figures.

  4. Great painting on a great miniature. The Heresy Trenchies would be so high on my wish list...if I'd know what to do with them. Their SciFi weapons don't fit into my version of z-apoc.

Are Heresy Trenchies much bigger than Pig Iron miniatures?

  5. @Whiteface: Will have a look but some of the trenchers are bigger than other trenchers but only a few of them.

  9. @TAL: Thank you, it's just that I need some miniatures for SciFi mercenaries or space pirates vs. my Pig Iron Heavy Infantry and Ferals.
