Very nice figs and very good painting work: nothing more needed!I like the "saloon" too! Scratch-build ?
From Hovels Sam.
Thanks Francis !
Viva El Raymondo!!!
Great job Francis, the stubble looks more convincing than Ray's disguise!
Gorgeous mate, the Old West 28's are not bad either ;)
Poor Ray. Mind you..he gets the last line in the film....and a lot of Gold.Nice trio
Beauty and the beast. Nice detail on the figures Fran!
That cowgirl has perked me right up this morning!
She was one of the only ones with clothes on!
Nice work as usual Fran!"A last request Gringo?" from an old TV ad popped into my head when I saw El Ray's photo...
That's from the Texan bar ad?
I think it was... good trivia save there!
HolaMuy guapos las minis de vaquerosY simpática las fotosun saludo
....and to you sir!
Great work Mate. Long Live El Generalissimo Raymondo! Viva Raymondo!
Et Tu Brutus!
Eh blondie or should it be eh jengibre!!! You shitbag!
My video doesn' t show the third pic...I don' t know why... :-pBy the way, "il buono, il brutto ed il cattivo"... ;-)Marzio.
Thanks Marzio, I took the description from their website.
I love the picture of the raisin smuggler, Fran!
Very nice! loving all your old west stuff!
Wonderful looking cowboys Fran and El Ray looks the part!Christopher
Great work and great pics Fran - especially the last one :)
Hi Fran, once again some great looking miniatures and additional pictures. Especially the last one.;-)CheersStefan
The Old West is so nice...I'll go there this summer, and I hope I will see someone like in the last picture...the last one, not the third one...Anyway, great looking minis, and very nice saloon too!!Phil.
Very nice painting on those mini's Fran. Zowwie, I like that last picture. AND that's why I like living in Texas. ;-) (too bad most of them don't look like that)
First few photos, and last one are great mate.. the one near the end.. not so much ;) Nice painting on these guys!
Really digging the old west figures. And yes, thank you for the last image.
Lovely looking cowgirl and the cowboys aint too bad either!
Cowboys? What cowboys??? ;-)
I can imagine the subject of the last picture being very, very good, 'cos she's very, very bad... But the dude? I have heard it said that a woman is just a woman, but a cigar is a damned good smoke. As I quit smoking 10 years back, I don't recall prezackly. But I can well believe that cigars are very, very bad, cos' they is so very, very good!I like the Blue Chin Gang standing in front of the saloon, and all... :-)
Nice figures all the way around. ;)
Very nice figurines (and girl too...)
Great figures and nice work! The stubble effect looks good, i must give it a try myself.Dave.
Just some light grey I believe?
Great job as always and love the last pic
Nice Cowgirl Fran:)...nice painted minis to... ;)Best regards Michael
Nice brushwork there Fran, your highlights are really good on these. I was looking at some Artizan last night then realized I've only got base coats on three of my Knuckleduster cowboys. You must promise never to put that pic of Ray up again. The nightmares I had after the last time nearly scarred me for life :)
Ray is a genuine Mexican gringo, he could sell tortillas in Guadalajara, methinks :)
it's funny i am looking at your work... then i got to the smoking man and they the woman and i lost all senses of what i was going to write... thank you.
Nice work Fran, I really like how your western stuff is coming along. And thank you so much for following that shot of Ray with a much better "reference" shot.
That last pic just keeps me staring, maybe a little drool too.
Thanks for that AL, the good, (your figures) the bad (I like bad girls and ...Am I the only one to identify the Mexican as Figaro from The "Topper" of many years ago ?
What a great pair of .......miniatures! and the straw hat is cool, cant remember much else.
Lovely figure (and the miniatures aren't bad either). Not entirely convinced by that bandito though, was Ray practising for a local Pride march?
I didn't want to say!
Excellently painted Western folk - nice backdrop too. Dean
Nice work Fran, I really like the Artizan cowboy range full of character. I LOL at Ray in that getup! What a lovely lady to.
Thank you for the kindness of the second image. My eye's needed succour...
I'm with Legion.
Greetings, Generalissimo! These are bad bandidos!
I could go for billiards, hot food, and a cold beer myself right about now. And I've still got the whole damn day ahead of me. Nice little pieces!
Great job painting up the cow girl. Though cant see any stubble at all
Mighty fine Cowgirl much needed after seeing the Gringo!!
Very nice work Fran. RegardsBruno
Thank you a lot for the second picture, Fran!!!Very nice figures (but I have no eyes but for the cowgirl...)
the picture of Ray is a very useful one.the government thought of giving long term contraceptives to people who could not afford to have children... that picture is all they need to hand out. :-Douch that may be a bit harsh anyway great work and that gang should end up with a lot of cash.
Great looking figs (especially the cowgirls) and like the buildings too
Yes, great looking minis, buildings, senors and senoritas! I think I'm going to be sucked into the Old West and "Dead Man's Hand" rules!
Nice show Fran! I have a few Artizans cowboys somewhere, but never got round to painting them...Gringo Ray is hilarious! And a delightful sight to end on, always nice to see puppies noses!
Great, now all I can think about is how I could use a few tacos right now.
I have to say, I am not really into Wild West, but I am enjoying every single of your post here. Great painting!Ray looks a bit like those Mexicans from those 60´s movies. Have to admit I like the looks of "lady" from the last post better here! ;-)
Great moustaches all round!
Boot Hill never looked so good! I do like the beards. Nice abs on the last one, with very well done highlights.
Nice paintjob on the minis. I especially like the way way you did the blues on Il buono. Great finish to the picture series as well. :)
Ray looks like he's ready for a Mexican Gay Pride parade! Lovely work on the minis!
Very nicely done, as always.
I love that picture of Ray. I wonder why he's dressed like that, but I love it.Great work, once again, Fran.
Great job on the miniatures. My eyes are still hurt and need more soothing; what else do you have?
Well done with those guys!
When did she join your group? Is that Ray's daughter?
Blue mustache on the small guys... Ray sucking a fat one... blonde with points on high, with nice hat. Sure, I can see how it all comes together, my little friend. :/
The blonde doesn't do it for me. I'm more partial to Mexicans. Not the one pictured above, though.
Makes me want to watch a Clint Eastwood film.
I may have to barrow that photo of Ray for one of my blogs. I didn't have anything to blog about yesterday, so I blogged about not having anything to blog about and Anne gave me some great Ray ideas.Cracked me up, she did.
