15mm Khurasan "An American Werewolf in London" or....

....."An Irish Werewolf in Gravesend"!

Some 15mm miniatures from Khurasan Miniatures, I like the miniatures for their relation to a classic movie but also there uses as civilians for modern or zombie gaming especially the two leads as backpackers and hostage material.

  1. Nice work Fran. The guys with backpacks are particularly useful. As you say tourists, hostages, terrorists anything you can imagine.

  7. I wish there weren't so many slight variants in scale. With so much 20mm to Ho scale scenery out there, I find the recent 15mm push a frustrating.

  8. Nice job Fran, I really like the sets Khurasan are cranking out they are nice little projects in themselves but can also cross into so many other periods.

  17. I like the werewolf the best. You've done a good job with those highlights on him and giving him some depth of colour. And that gaping maw of his...fantastic. Do they make a figure of the character in mid- transformation.

  19. Nice job on these. Might be fun to try playing out an American Werewolf scene using the old THW "Dog Soldier" rules.

    3. maybe it's Latin name depends on the state its in? or it gets no Latin name because it can't decide what animal it is!

"I do say can you remain in one form"
      "grrrr"
"if you do not stay in one form for more than one month the Scientific society shall not grant you a Latin name!"
      "grrr"
"well then no Latin name for you"
      "[bark] [snarl] grrr"
"ouch my face, oh my, arrh, help! help!"

      ok enough of that nonsense.

Great work Fran that wolf looks excellent.

    4. I thought being slightly mad was a prerequisite for taking part in this hobby?

      once more cool stuff.

"sir the professor has gone missing"
"I thought I saw him this morning"
"well he's not in his room and the windows smashed"
      "did you see that?"
      "see what?"
      "eyes outside the window"
      "Oh my, there they are"
      [SMASH]
      "GGRRRR"
"oh My the beast has the professors spectacles on"
"it must have eaten the professor!"
      "OH No a second one"
      "HELP, Help"
      [Screams of pain]
      [Howling]

      sorry I couldn't help it.

  33. All you need is a vampire and you can recreate your own Twilight massacre.

  34. I LOVED that movie! (Especially the morality visits by the undead friend.) Cripes, I wish they made that werewolf in 28mm scale (or even larger)... You've done a brilliant job on these Francis!
