  16. Great stuff Fran. You tell a tale damn well. Let's hear more! My favourite catering experience was dropping a baked potato on an old lady's head, watching it bounce off and land on her shoulder and managing to retrieve it without her or any of her friends noticing. She must have wondered about the gravy stain later though.
