    Boiled eggs and bananas are good. Bum squirts are the pits...once I got ameobic dysentry...try squirting out of both ends at the same time...takes a bit of co-ordination. I lost a lot of blood, weight and a kidney...not all in that order though...screwed up the heavy drinking.................for a while :-D

    If so, you should really consider going to a hospital. Spanish vegetables spread EHEC. I don't know if there are issues with this in other countries than germany, media is focussing on GER. Hope you get well soon!

    I don't know if you have "curing pills" available to you, but they usually border on the miraculous for situations like these. Oriental markets usually carry them, if you can get some kind soul to pick them up for you. They are a staple in our first aid kit.
