Put some pictures up last week showing the warthog with figures
http://theangrylurker.blogspot.com/2011/02/28mm-unpainted-antenocitis-workshop.html and I was asked to take some pictures with some other companies vehicles for size and scale pictures, so last weekend I did.
28mm Pig Iron vehicles and figures.
28mm Old Crow vehicles.
28mm Games Workshop Valkyrie and Dreadnought.
That's a community service. This only makes it more attractive, even if the Pig Iron in the top pic almost steals the show..!
ReplyDeleteThey look like some mean bits of metal.
ReplyDeleteWill you have room on the table for any terrain with these? Very impressive and... just big!
ReplyDeleteVery impressive, indeed. Is that a video game on your corner screen? Tim plays the 360. But I can't tell what that is.
ReplyDeleteWell ... I got a cauldron of tomato sauce cooking and the house smells yummy. Hope you're having a good day. Happy Painting.
do they shoot bullets?
ReplyDeletemetalcore
@Happy Whisk: No, I'm afraid it's a PS3.
ReplyDelete@Metal: I wish they did but no.
Those Old crow models are pretty cool specially considering the prices.
ReplyDeleteI like how you painted the Valkyrie
ReplyDeleteYou should try to get the tank from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade!
ReplyDeleteI could see myself getting into this.
ReplyDeleteWhoa. How long will it take to paint that?
ReplyDeleteMore great work Mr Lurker, them tanks are pretty big Fran??
ReplyDeleteCracking armour!!

Paul
wow i love the tanks. how many of these figurines do you have in total?
ReplyDeleteThat Valkyrie looks sick dude. Great work.
ReplyDelete@Bart: 800-900 I think?
ReplyDeletePS3 - that's cool, too. See, I am a gamers wife because I noticed the game on the screen. And yes, I call him Bumbles though that just started recently on the blog after he ate the last of the crumbles. Mostly I just call him Poopyhead and other things I can't say online.
ReplyDeleteIs that a Freespace Valyrie?
ReplyDeletelol is this Halo? j/k very cool models
ReplyDeleteThat is one impressive vehicle!
ReplyDeleteI'm picturing that aircraft with one of those Flying Tigers Chinese Dragon face paint jobs
ReplyDeletewith the twin engines for eyes and a row of glittering sharp teeth off the chin. Especially in the view from the bottom pic, face to face.
Very cool!
ReplyDeleteCheers
Christopher

ReplyDeleteThose tanks look so badass!
ReplyDeleteIf I hadnt known that this is miniature blog, I would take it for real legit tanks. Cool work!
ReplyDeleteOh, thank you, this is just perfect for my current diversion from zombie gaming!
