Essex Warriors Open Day 25th September.

Had some good dealings with Peter Grimwood from the Essex Warriors a while back and received a flyer for their open day Sunday the 25th of September from 10am to 4pm so I thought I'd mention it if you happen to be in the area, there's Participation games, Bring and Buy and Traders.

Writtle Village Hall
Writtle
(Near Chelmsford)

The website is www.essexwarriors.org and the telephone number is 01245 265274, might end up going myself.

Always loved this quote.......

"Three may keep a secret, if two of them are dead"
Benjamin Franklin.

  1. Sucks that I live no where near, I would love to see a table top game in action.

  2. I think even then the secret could fail to be kept. Have fun if you go, but it's a bit out the way for me.

  3. When I first introduced myself to your page, I asked you a question about something on your profile (I'm not a monkey-see monkey-do kind of girl, so I vet a page before I follow it). What I want to know is this. Since you like Seven Samurai, have you seen Ronin and Dreams by Kuraswa? And if so, did you like them?

  5. I apologise Anne but I read your message and then some work git had a problem and I forgot, I've seen dreams but never heard of Ronin by him but love Sanjuro and Yojimbo which were remade by others. Dreams was ok though.

  6. That is a great quote. And I don't think they would allow me to bring my sleestak armies in.

  7. Have fun if you make it to the game day. Franklin was quite pracical; for a revolutionary.

  22. Yep, this is the post where I'd finally had enough of you ignoring me and pushed on you to see if you'd push back. I figured that if I could just get you to fight with me, we'd get it over with and then be friends.

You never were one to cooperate with me....

    I still miss you!
    Anne

    1. You're not the cailin I first talked to Anne all that time ago, you're a different kettle of fish now, more assured and passionate I could say, no self doubt in public, no bullshit taken....I could be wrong but I will always think of you!
