These are a lovely pair of 15mm vehicles and come from IrishSerb's Miniatures, all resin, 4 parts, no imperfections at all, a real joy and I know I need to paint the guns (MK19 grenade launcher and .50-cal browning machine gun), possibly do something with the tracks, maybe some markings but I wargame them so I'm not too worried and will try to do some of this at the weekend I hope....
Postie needs his stash escorted this weekend at Skirmish 2012 Wargaming and Modelling show at Sidcup, it's near and won't take long as it's quite a small show, have a good weekend if you can people.....
Excellent looking vehicles.
ReplyDeleteBTW I may see you at Skirmish. I'm hoping to pop over for an hour in the morning so I'll keep an eye open for you and our Exalted Leader.
Those look very nice. Great detail.
ReplyDeleteNice looking vehicles.
ReplyDeleteI shall now look up IRISHSERB....
I will NOT be at Skirmish, although Alan and Maria will be if you want a chat about Broadside.
Tell them to look for angry looking big fella.....
DeleteWe'll be there for the doors opening mate....
ReplyDeleteSo you had to study for his job application? That would give me a headache.
ReplyDeleteTanks look good!
Great looking stuff... Always liked the Amtracks!
ReplyDeleteSorry about the headache... Honestly... If someone abuses his co-workers for preparing him for a job interview he is clearly not suitable for more responcibility! Have a great weekend anyway!
Those are great! Love the detail!
ReplyDeleteIrishSerbs? What's that about, Lurk? You know that Anne and I have an Irish/Serbian secret gossiping society, her being Irish and me being Serbian :)
ReplyDeletedamn those look realistic !:)
ReplyDeleteThey look good. I too will have to investigate IrishSerb. Have fun at the show.
ReplyDeleteVery nice Angry L, You need to paint the guns ;0) LOL
ReplyDeleteBest
Paul
Those do look impressive. I'm hoping that my 1/72 scale versions arrive today and I'll see what I can do with them.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a shitty day. My sympathies, my friend. Nice tanks though.
ReplyDeleteGreat tanks. Never heard of Irishserb. Checking them out now.
ReplyDeleteThose look good to me
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear you're having such a horrible day, but it's half over and the weekends nearly here.
ReplyDeleteI really like your paintjob on that AAVs!
ReplyDeleteI hope your area-manager is not reading blogs ;)
ReplyDeleteNice stuff on display, sir!
As always, the details on those AAV's are astounding! :D
ReplyDeleteSorry about your bad day, good thing he came early and is over? That tank is A+
ReplyDeleteNothing like painting IrishSerbs to banish the stresses of a thankless day job.
ReplyDeleteAlthough I don't do any later than WW2, these look very nice and cool to play. Best, Dean
ReplyDeleteUseful acquisition, General, for pushing one's way around the battle field.
ReplyDeletenice mini's. Enjoy the con guys.

ReplyDeleteAirships Bart, airships!

ReplyDeleteNice figures, next days will be better!
ReplyDeleteGet the guns done you lazy git!
ReplyDeleteSounds like your day is even worse than mine. That sucks. Nice paint job on the AAVs, though.
ReplyDeleteVery nice models, Fran; the painting job is perfect.
ReplyDeleteWell if your area manager gets that job then tell him to give me his old job (twas what I did), just don't tell him I ain't fit for purpose LOL
ReplyDeleteIan
You had to do the tests too? Huh. That'd feck with my head too.
ReplyDeleteSounds like quite the fecking pain in the butt, great vechiles though and that guy looks like he won't take any crap.
ReplyDeleteTop quality there Fran and I'm sorry to hear the day has not gone according to plan; there is nothing worse than watching your best laid plans vaporise before you very eyes because some inconsiderate 'bod' wants it done their way! Have a great weekend Sir!
ReplyDeleteAnd you enjoy yours. Nice little set here :)
ReplyDeleteThose are some beauties.
ReplyDeleteLike the new header image too. Made me duck behind my desk when it came up.
Nothing like a bit of modelling after a hard day. Enjoy the convention, wish I could go.
ReplyDeleteVery nice models Fran. Hope you get a chance to chill.
ReplyDeleteThey look cool to me. Stress does suck, but I liked your transition to these "lovely pair of 15mm vehicles". hehe
ReplyDeleteTop class as per usual Fran. Fecking work!
ReplyDeleteMore great figures as always. Impressive what you can do with 15mm.
ReplyDeleteNice new background image too. More intimidating than the gorilla.
Very nice looking vehicles!
ReplyDeleteChristopher
Those are very nice kits. I started my new job on Monday and haven't looked at a blog all week. Ahh the weekend.
