Some figures from Peter Pig to represent UN peacekeepers, the poster is something I found which highlights peoples opinion of the United Nations and it's reputation?
They're modern French Foreign Legion figures from Peter Pig representing the UN forces, probably quite badly but I raise my hand as guilty!
Very nice dirtbag!
ReplyDeleteFeck off Rousell!
DeleteRay says it out of love.
DeleteI'm not going to call you a dirtbag, but the minis ARE very nice. ;-)

Looking Good Fran!
ReplyDeleteGreat job as usual.
ReplyDeleteThey look ready to dish out peace indeed.
ReplyDeleteLove the poster Fran, but the figures are the real highlight.
ReplyDeleteModel on!
Well done! Poster is funny.
ReplyDeleteThe figures look great, all lined up like that, and the postcard is hilarious!
ReplyDeleteI got a laugh out of the poster, and I know someone else who might enjoy it. I was wondering how you could have French peacekeepers but then I saw they were the foreign legion and all my questions were answered.
ReplyDeleteNice work Fran :)
ReplyDeleteI can't believe theres only 10 comments here...I must be early, nice work ,Fran
ReplyDeleteI hope these troops aren't going to be showing up in Franonia any time soon. Nice paint job big guy!
ReplyDeleteThanks Anne....
DeleteGreat figures and awesome poster!
ReplyDeletethe last photo is a troll. totally hilarious
ReplyDeletelooking good toys for the big boys
ReplyDeleteThey will make excellent hostage markers while other factions actually fight on the table. Well done.
ReplyDeleteA solid looking force... Love the 'Coincidence' ;-)
ReplyDeletebrilliant poster, oh and the figs are good as well!
ReplyDeleteNice painting, and great poster..
ReplyDeleteVery nice work!
ReplyDeletewow! I like those troopers! (because they are french... ah ah)
ReplyDeletevery good painting work! I suppose they are 15mm: even the faces are painted! (but they seems to have all a moustache ...)
Great paintng there, but there is one thing you got seriously wrong! They are all facing the camera (and enemy) while they should be moving away from it! :-P
ReplyDeleteThat demotivational poster is briliant BTW!
Nicely done mate!
ReplyDeleteGreat work Sir, these will no doubt have to be monitoring any disturbances on the boarder with Rayonia, whilst escorting the scientists in search of WMD!
ReplyDeleteNice looking figures Fran. What rules do you use?
ReplyDeleteTrying to get my head around Ambush Alley!
DeleteThanks Fran. I asked around for suggestions for up to company size. People said try "I ain't been shot Mum" with African supplement. They look great but haven't tried yet, no armies. :o)
DeleteLooks good, General.
ReplyDeleteVery nice work Fran. Great poster!
ReplyDeleteGood looking guys, but I think they're going to have their work cut out.
ReplyDeleteThe minis are superb Angry, you have outdone yourself mate.
ReplyDeleteThat is a fantastic looking peacekeeping force.

ReplyDeleteI'm not sure how they're going to keep the peace between Ray and you without a humungous amount of firepower.
ReplyDeleteVery true....
Deletenice jub... i like the word jub!
ReplyDeleteSuper work on the figures Fran and funny poster!
ReplyDeleteChristopher
A very nice (and useful?) unit.
ReplyDeleteVery nice and useful figures there and a great poster
ReplyDeleteVery nice looking figures and the poster is perfect
ReplyDeleteI share that same opinion about the UN. Their predecessor was a group called the League of Nations or something and after the screwed up countless times they changed their name to the United Nations to get away from their past.
ReplyDeleteI'll follow the rest of people today and say Very nice :PPP
ReplyDeleteHonestly find these guys a little boring. But then, same goes for the actual ones I guess? Good representation, lol
ReplyDeleteVery nice Fran. Though having them around will making invading Ray's homeland difficult for the glorious armies of Franonia!
ReplyDeleteCor, these are nice. I had some years ago for a now long dead project, but they weren't such good figures - they must've re-sculpted them. Might rekindle my AK47 ambitions . . .
ReplyDeleteNice job on these! I really don't know why some people are so negative about UN Peacekeepers. Granted, their power and mission mandates are often ridiculously restricted but they're doing the best they can with the situations they've been dropped into - often risking their lives in some of the nastiest places on earth, for the purposes of just trying to help people out. I say show them a bit of respect.
ReplyDeleteGood day! I just would like to give a huge thumbs up for the nice
ReplyDeletedata you have got here on this post. I will probably be coming back to your blog for extra soon.
