15mm Painted Modern Australians, Bushmasters and Bricks.........

.........from Eureka Minis.

 The modern Australian army has seen action in recent years in Iraq and Afghanistan. With peace keeping duties in East Timor, Bouganville, Sinai and the Solomon Islands

A brick is 4 personnel.

2 Bricks make a section.

3 sections make a platoon.

 Nice models but the metal Bushmasters have a mold line on the back that would make a grown man cry!





The Bushmasters are based on a design from an Irish company.......... 


The rods/poles at the front are IED protection............


A couple of extra personnel for the platoon, includes EOD team, K-9 unit, mine detector, Carl Gustav team etc.........

    lovely job, Fran, although I wonder what kind of peace do they have to keep at Solomon Islands which maybe have like 10,000 citizens in total :)

    I liked these when I first saw them and still like them a couple of days later. But they do need to do some "Peace-keeping" in Rayanistan! The natives are getting restless.

    Splendid job Francis, they look amazing. The special units look extra nice - particularly the K-9 and EOD teams (reminded me of "The Hurt Locker"...) Cheers!

    These are really, really nice Fran! Great variety in figures (the K-9 unit is a real plus). You did a splendid job on those Bushmasters-that cammo is seriously good.

    Love 'em Fran, camo work in this scale has to be a beast! The Bushmasters look like a great commuter vehicle. ;-)
