150mm Jungle Predator from.....

.........Prodos Games!

6 inches in old money but still a bit of a beast from Prodos Games, bought by a mate in the their sale and then it arrived on my lap for a dodgy attempt at painting the beastie!

A difficult paint especially the netting and base but done and mate is delighted, 15mm figure to show scale of the bugger!

  8. Very nice Fran...
I really like the idea of Predator but a couple of Things bug me. One..they are covered in armour and clever weapon Systems but no shoes!? Easy to Keep em at bay, broken glass all over the Floor. Two. They are suposedly Genius hunter Killers but get caught out by stupid tricks. Take film one. Arnie shouts gives a war cry to lead it in and the dumbo predator actually goes for it...doh! I don´t think they should be totally invincable but the plots could be a wee bit more clever in how they defeat one.

    1. I do agree totally Paul, my biggest problem is that their cowards who hide behind that cloaking device ambushing people with guns! Sneaky shits!

    2. There´s another one. Thier biggest Advantage - the cloaking device which inevitably gets put out of Action by getting caught on a rusty nail sticking out of a random plank or short circuiting due to some soft Cheddar getting caught in the wiring or some other lame ar*e plot device.

    3. That one definately. I can see it now. Preddy gets caught short and goes for a crafty leak thinking, "huh, why hide behind a tree?" a bit splashes on his device (pun intended) and suddenly, zzzzzzzZZTT! no invisibility cloak and he´s left with his pants down.
