Iron Sky or Nazi's in Space!

Saw this yesterday over at 20mm Gamer, a Finnish science fiction comedy, the first four minutes of the movie and a shocking discovery hidden on the dark side of the moon , more info here.

Amazing stuff even for an old cynic like me even if it's going to be a comedy.....

  6. I've been waiting for this for nearly a year now. They were posting early trailers for this ages ago - trying to drum up finance for the project - so its a long time coming. It does look pretty cool...not sure how it will play with mainstream audiences (and critics) though.

  10. Naturally the Nazis had to move back from the dark side of the Moon after they got crowded out by the Soviets...

  11. Moon is monochromatic, I would love some colors. Say the target ad where bunch of acrobats jump from balloon and paint the town? When did Nazi become Darth Vader fan?

  12. Nazi's in space? Wonder if they got the memo that they lost the war?

  13. Not sure I should comment on Nazis unless Mel Brooks is involved.

  20. Haha, got it on my watchlist.
The sequel is going to take place on Mars, with communists as antagonists. 'There is a reason why it's called a red planet' lol

  21. So that's where the Nazis went! I always wanted to see a space battle with Hitler.

  22. It looks great but could equally be dreadful.

Reminded me of Dead Snow a little, whic I can highly recommend for Nazi-comedy.

  23. Now I've got the lyrics to Floyd's "Eclipse" in my head. ...and the sun is eclipsed by the moon...

  26. funny. hey I wonder if they know about reduced gravity, they do not appear to be bouncing around. that would really be funny, trying to shoot when every time you pull the trigger you go flying around
