Still painting some sci-fi related pieces while painting historical for the painting challenge, these are scout walkers from Critical Mass Games and are forming the basis of my Neo-European forces but Europe being Europe most of the forces are contracted and this unit will be something similar to "Hammers Slammers" deal where you are paid to fight other peoples conflicts but run by New Brussels.
Nice pieces of kit but were a bit of a fecking pain to put together, 15mm GZG figure to give an idea of scale........
Lots of other stuff painted to add to the force........
I really like the way those turned out. Very cool
ReplyDeleteOr are they the heavy support for the infantry of Nuevo Franonia?
ReplyDeleteThey look pretty darned good :)
Your stuff always looks good. Same with Ray and Ian. You guys make all this stuff look easy, but I would go blind trying to paint those little things.
ReplyDeleteBoring!!
ReplyDeleteYou're boring and an idiot!
DeleteAwesome, Fran!
ReplyDeleteSupreme General's body guards! Nice work, Fran.
ReplyDeleteYou are beating Ray, you are beating Ray. Nicely done Francis!
ReplyDeleteGuess what? I sold my first miniature! Guess how much I sold one miniature for? $100.00, yes one hundred dollars. Now go rub Rousells nose in that.
That is fecking amazing, great work cailin!
DeleteBetween you and Leland( aka Blackwidowpilot), I'm feeling a strong pull to 15mm scifi.
ReplyDeleteOf course, it is a bigger pull with all the choices I've found for Alien Legion proxies. Excellent walkers, woodland camo is my favorite. Unfortunately I keep on having to use/ be issued desert. I will NOT paint my lads in desert camouflage! ;)
nice one Fran those are very cool, very cool!!
ReplyDeleteVery cool. That comparison shot with the foot fig gives a great impression of...don't mess with me! Love the twin gattlings!
ReplyDeleteCripes they are huge! Nicely done Fran.

ReplyDeleteChristopher
I like the silver ones better, but they're all super awesome!
ReplyDeleteI've always enjoyed scout walkers and the like, just keep them away from the fuzzy little bears with giant sticks and you'll be fine to conquer a planet or two with them.
ReplyDeleteVery impressive!
ReplyDeleteHi Fran,
ReplyDeleteThey look really impressive - big, brutal, chunky and mean business.
Very nice indeed.
All the best,
DC
