28mm Foundry ACW Confederate Prisoners with Union Escorts and.......

..........a drunk on duty!

Lovely set of figures from Foundry, little use to the game other than eye candy but what does that matter, the less useful the set is to the actual game the more I seem to like it!

Love the extras on the wargamingtable, that not realy take part in the fighting but enhhance the overall impression. The dude in the barrel are a old favourite:)

  9. I think having ones that are just eye candy helps too. It makes things look more realistic and what have you. Plus you always need at least one drunk on duty. It makes everything more fun and there's always at least one drunk on duty in real life.

  10. great work Fran, that one guy in the keg, very strange, reminds me of a toy i had as a young kid, you could pull up the keg and the guys meat sprung out lol, i have no idea what a five year old was doing with such a toy.

  19. You seem to be out of your painting funk Fran. Nice brushwork and the photography is really good as well.

I'm collecting the Foundry Orcs right now. I have baby Orclings riding on Dinosaurs and they're so cute. If you've time have a look at this: Uddanesh Longbellows and The Mighty Fart Horn

  32. When you finish beating your opponents in your next ACW bash, drop the guards and the guy in the barrel down and tell them that's how they're being escorted from the battlefield. And gloat!

    Great figures, Fran!
