15mm Khurasan Light Crawler for your guys in Parkas.
Picked up these a while back from Khurasan as transport for my armed men in Parkas from Khurasan, they needed something for those frozen wastelands or hostile moons, they are nice kits and take the paint very easily.
I am more "Dungeons and Dragons" myself... Love looking at the images on your great Blog good Sir... A note of "interest" ... The Site "Papermau" ... had awesome "free" downloads to print as buildings ans structures as scaled paper projects... They make for Great "war-Gaming" accessories ...!!! Have a Great day....
well well looks like someone has world domination in miniature sorted. now all that's needed is some units to take and hold the ocean floor. great stuff.
Very well done Fran. Love the colour choices. Do you have anything special in mind for your arctic collection now that it's starting to grow a bit? I can lend you some Pendraken Aliens in 10mm (work great in 15mm) if you fancy doing an Aliens Vs Predator style game?
First off I would like to say terrific blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing. I have had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Cheers!
Very nice! They go well with the figures.
ReplyDeleteThose are very cool. Hey, Alex beat me here. He's very good at that.
ReplyDeletePS: Thanks for your comment. Both you and Debra made me laugh out loud. Good stuff.
DeleteNever a problem.

ReplyDeleteThey look rather cold, need to get in that tank, great job
ReplyDeleteThose are very cool vehicles Fran. Very nice paint jobs on them.
ReplyDeleteGreat looking figures; as always, your work on 15mm makes them look like larger 28mm figures. Best, Dean
ReplyDeleteI definitely have to get one of those crawlers for next snow season.
ReplyDeleteLooks great!
They look great with the figures Fran. I like the highlighting on the Parka Dudes boots-most excellent.
ReplyDeleteLook a bit colder than I'd expect in that terrain
ReplyDeleteThe parker guys look very cool - or is that snug?
ReplyDeleteVery nice guys and vehicles Fran!
ReplyDeleteNice looking vehicles, and top paint work they look really smart.
ReplyDeleteCrawleriffic Fran!
ReplyDeleteGreat work Fran !
ReplyDeleteLike the snowmobiles, just waiting the snow now;)

DO you intend to make any snow terrain? Will Ray play with anything un-historical?
ReplyDeleteVery nicely done though despite what I am sure would have been heckling from your "work Buddy!"
Buddy is a very strong word!
DeleteHola
ReplyDeletebuenos bichos, seguro que tus chicos no pasan frio

So that seats what? 8 people? 4 in the front, 4 in the back?
ReplyDeleteWouldn't want to mess with those tanks
ReplyDeleteExcellent vehicles and your paintjob certainly does them justice.
ReplyDeleteSuperb Francis, but those Parkas steal the show, great job.
ReplyDeleteIt's mid-spring and we've gotten about 4-5 blizzards in a row for weeks on end. I could use a few of these. How much to ship them over to us?
ReplyDeleteThe amount you paint, I'm Elgin ing to think you're the rich reject!
ReplyDeleteNo way!
DeleteThey are very nice indeed!
ReplyDeleteWonderful work on the transports, Fran, and I love the fellows in parkas.
ReplyDeleteI'm with Mr. Beer above. We JUST had 6 inches of snow melt off. I need a transport and a laser to hunt down and kill Old Man Winter.

ReplyDeleteThese small vehicles are very nice, and very useful in any game. A fantastic painting work, sir.

ReplyDeleteI have my aliens already from Khurasan mate but thanks anyway.
