A very apt addition to your growing VSF force. Light blue epaulettes are a nice touch they add to the Marine feel of the figures. (Enough people had already mentioned the trousers!)
Love these mate. But what makes them sci-fi? Do they have tesla-powered moustaches or steam lederhosen? ;) Seriously, I really like this stuff your creating. (and I like the blue trousers as well...)
"mainly to annoy the British forces in the region"
Lol. Not exactly the same time period, but that statement made me think of this Japanese anime called "Hetalia: Axis Powers." Basically a parody of WWII where all the nations annoy each other.
Very nicely done Fran, I wasn't that keen on the figures when browsing the Copplestone ranges for ideas. But seeing you excellent job on them I'm reconsidering them :D
you do a great job on these... loving the blue pants!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jeremy!
DeleteLoves the pants too!!! Real focus point for the unit!
ReplyDeleteI was looking to get away from all the desert yellow effect!

Delete.....and impose tight restrictions the swines!
DeleteVictorian Sci-Fi German Marines... When will the movie be out, and will it star Sean Connery as a Prussian general with a really bad attitude?
ReplyDeleteHmm. Connery in sci-fi. As long as he's not wearing thigh boots and a red banana hammock... Though there IS a miniature for that.
DeleteThere's a Zardoz figure?

ReplyDeleteGood looking unit.
These look great. As others have said, love the pants.
ReplyDeleteThe blue pants?
DeleteA very apt addition to your growing VSF force. Light blue epaulettes are a nice touch they add to the Marine feel of the figures. (Enough people had already mentioned the trousers!)
