Received nearly all these vehicles for free from my Secret Santa last year, it took a while to build up the courage to make them (even after contacting Old Glory for a picture), not the best of sculpts and the picture didn't really help but in the end they turned out not too bad!
Not been posting too much but I do wander around the blogosphere reading and commenting on others but not as much as I like due to work and life kicking me in the groin quite a lot lately. I do hope to make Salute this year just for a look around and to meet up with friends.
Here's some pictures and please find the mistake which I took ages to avoid.............
One in the field.............
15mm Old Glory modern British soldier to show scale and a little info on the vehicle here......
Where is the mistake? You did pretty well. The vehicules don't look bad at all.
ReplyDeleteThe mistake is glaring but I will reveal it later!
DeleteNice job! Course you can use them in plenty of different game types too. Useful acquisition.
ReplyDeleteThanks Gary.
DeleteNo mistake for me Fran, looks great!
ReplyDeleteYour kindness is too much my friend.
DeleteAgreed. They look good, no mistake about that!
ReplyDeleteThanks Johnny!
DeleteI don't see any mistakes.
ReplyDeleteHow tall is the figure next to the vehicles?
15mm, same scale as the vehicle.
DeleteWell I can't see any mistake either??? Nice work dirtbag!
ReplyDeleteYou sir are blind!
DeleteSome of the tracks on the wrong way round is my thoughts
ReplyDeleteDo I get a prize (is it another kick in the Jacobs?)
Ian
Are you going to Salute for the kick?
DeleteUnfortunately not, how about York Blog Con ;-)
DeleteIan
It's a bit of a journey mate but we'll try!
DeleteGreat work, found the mistake. Wrong soldier is wearing the wrong boots...;->
ReplyDeleteStop it!
DeleteThey look excellent, but I think the aerials are upside down.
ReplyDeleteNice one but no.
DeleteThe Viking at the left rear has the tracks reversed. No biggie. They look really good little models.
ReplyDeleteGood catch mate!
DeleteIs the mistake that you forgot to post boobs? Let's call these very well done and spot on too. They could pull double duty in steampunk or sci fi gaming too.
ReplyDeleteAnother vote for boobs it is then!
DeleteNice vehicles Fran
ReplyDeleteIs the mistake a mistake?
You have to get to the Salute. It sounds like you really need it
ReplyDeleteI do Mark, I do!
DeleteHmmm. Mistake? There is no mistake.
ReplyDeleteSorry I don't know. I had been watching kung fu panda movie series. So kinda tried "secret there is no secret" thing obviously I am wrong
That's okay.
DeleteI must be blind, no mistakes I see. Get a cup so those kicks won't hurt any longer
ReplyDeleteOne cup ordered!
DeleteHail Franonia! Well done my General. Even the mistake of using a mouse/rat hole in the background is superb. Can you do no wrong?
ReplyDeleteOf course not!
DeleteVery cool looking vehicle.
ReplyDeleteThanks Dan.
DeleteOh and love the header.
ReplyDeleteThanks again Sam!
DeleteGreat looking vehicles.
ReplyDeletecheers
Even with my superior knowledge of Amphibious Armoured All Terrain Vehicles, I can't spot the mistake!
ReplyDeleteNice paint job Fran!
Thanks Anne.
DeleteThey look great mate and I am going to Salute so it will be good to meet up. Btw its one of you tracks its on the wrong way
ReplyDeleteYou're of course right Pete, see you at Salute!
DeleteVery nice indeed, even with the curious track arrangement! Free is always good too! Hope to see you at Salute.
ReplyDeleteThanks Michael, see you at Salute!
DeleteGreat work Francis .
ReplyDeleteCheers .
Thank you Vincent.
DeleteLooking good Fran!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jonas.
DeleteThe Vehicle in the last picture (Back left Vehicle) has a track facing the wrong way on the tractor unit, not the trailer unit. Because I painted some of these in 20mm last year I spotted the mistake easily.... If you have not painted a Viking before you will easily miss it. Ok enough of me being a smart arse.
ReplyDeleteThese will be great additions to you Franonian forces. Personally I think you need more Bar Armour as they do look a little vulnerable but those despicable Rayonians can't shoot for toffee so you should be ok. Nice Work mate.
Rayonian scum!
DeleteLook pretty damn fine to me Fran!
ReplyDeleteSuperb as always Fran
ReplyDeleteThank you mate.
DeleteFine job Fran, neat little piece of kit.
ReplyDeleteThank for that Scott.
DeleteGreat work there, young man!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the young man comment sir!
DeleteVery nice.
ReplyDeleteThanks Trey!
DeleteCool Fran! They look really good.
ReplyDeleteThey look great. Hope life and work stop desist from kicking you in the 'nads sooner rather than later!
ReplyDeleteUm, ignore the 'stop' in there Fran!
DeleteBoobs will appear soon then!
ReplyDeleteCool Secret Santa present!
ReplyDeleteVery cool!

ReplyDeleteI appreciate that Dez!
DeleteThe models look great.
ReplyDeleteThose periods when work kicks you in the groin can be rough -- I've had some myself from time to time. I'm pulling for you.
You're a good man Chris.
DeleteFran, they are looking frigging awesome!
ReplyDeleteThank you brother!
DeleteThe vehicles look great Fran!
