We've got a Huey down, we've got a Huey down!

Posting has been a little slow lately especially when Anne O'Leary sends a message to post something, this is a 15mm Huey from Battlefronts Vietnam range, it's some scenery for my Franonia and modern shenanigans......

I have been painting but the picture taking and quality has been a little suspect, there's a game this weekend with the Rejects (I have missed about 5 or 6 on the trot due to work), have a good one folks!

Justin over at The Royalist Roundhead is having a giveaway to celebrate 50,000 hits, you get nothing for pimping it but that's not the point is it?

  6. Hey, nice one, Fran. Of course, I'd hate to have been on that when it went down! I also appreciate the plug! Are you and Ray actually playing any battles with all this kit, yet?

  7. That's a lovely piece of battlefield scenery, Fran. It wouldn't look out of place on a post-apocalypse board.

  10. Great stuff, both as terrain or objective-marker. If I would have to gripe I'd say you could add some burn marks, but that's just me being pedantic :-)

  20. It looks great Fran! I understand about the picture taking and blog posting sometimes you have the energy to paint, but all the fiddly picture taking and talking about it just needs to wait sometimes.

  38. It looks like the crash was survivable at least.

  39. I love the downed Huey, very nice. Perhaps it's because of reading too many Heavy Metal mags when I was young, but a downed Huey in the jungle always makes me think of zombie American skeletons covered in vines. Is that weird?

  40. Very clean work on that Huey. My father, who was a doorgunner and mechanic in 'nam would be impressed.
