........and another blog is having a giveaway.
Added a catering department to the Orkmacht, those crazy orks who found some Victors, Warlord and Battle comics on a data slate while fecking up the galaxy and the WW2 German bug bit the orks and a blitzkrieg Waaagh hit the galaxy......
He's a 28mm Foundry figure with a plastic field kitchen to store the vittles, the cleaver is not only for preparing the foodstuff but for dealing with complaints (I remember my days in the kitchens, blood, sweat and anger), not the best pictures but you get the idea?
There's a link below to the first post...........
Orkmacht
The boys over at Canister and Grape are having a giveaway to celebrate 7 years and they are giving away some good stuff especially if you're in to Frostgrave, go over and get involved!
Is it my imagination or is that Ork chef weeping and with snot running out of his nose?
ReplyDeleteLovely work Francis :)
That is snot Tamsin, he has a head cold.
ReplyDeleteOh no, the dreaded man flu!
DeleteTechnically ork flu!
DeleteGreat stuff Fran! Very impressed!
ReplyDeleteThanks Rodger.
DeleteNicely done on the figures. I never knew orcs ate so well.
ReplyDeleteEpicureans the lot of them!
DeleteNice paintwork mate, love the little extra details too
ReplyDeleteThanks for that Al.
DeleteI'm not sure I'd want a meal prepared by an Orc. I get the feeling it's more likely that I AM the meal.
ReplyDeleteThere is a slight chance!
DeleteHah! That is awesome.
ReplyDeleteThanks mate!
Delete"Meat is back on the menu!" An excellent ork goulash cannon!
ReplyDeleteWell said old boy!
DeleteOrcs have catering business? Such exquisite delight :) What's on their menu?
ReplyDeleteUs!
DeleteGreat job Fran! Where did you get that kitchen? It's ace!
ReplyDeleteI think it's from Tamiya?
DeleteFantastic job, hungry lurker!
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot Phil!
DeleteHail the General!
ReplyDeleteGetting ready for a gas attack: cheese, hot red peppers, and garlic bread!
The Chemical Division Mess Sergeant looks more than able to prepare the men for battle!
Great job, General. (And funny too!)
Thanks Jay, did you not see the blue cabbages!
DeleteNo, I missed the little stinkers!
DeleteGo through you like shit through a goose!
DeleteThat is one chef that I wouldn't want to piss off haha
ReplyDeleteRightly so!
DeleteTerrific stuff and your excellent attention to minute detail really helps bring the entire ensemble to well-worn life. :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you for that!
DeleteSurely they should be called the Waaghmacht?
ReplyDeleteThat's not bad mate.
DeleteMarvelous work on this Ork field kitchen, Fran. They do eat well, I see.
ReplyDeleteBig appetites!
DeleteThat is absolutely brilliant Francis, the chef is such a wonderful character.
ReplyDeleteThanks Michael!
DeleteI'm so glad you're back on the internet Francis! The chef is darling and hideous at the same time. I love it.
ReplyDeleteJust like me in the old days.

Heck no!
DeleteJust when I wondered, "where's the beef?" it arrives in Orktober! Nice Fran (smile).
ReplyDeleteThanks for that!
Deletesigh........................
ReplyDeleteIs that a sigh at how awesome the figure is?
DeleteGreat work! Love all the bits and bobs for the kitchen.
ReplyDeleteWhy thank you Thomas!
DeleteVery cool Fran!
ReplyDeleteThanks for that!
DeleteAwesomely excellent Fran.
ReplyDeleteNice one Paul.
DeleteAn orky "Gulaschkanone"... great model very very funny....it is not only the Ork flu but some secret ingredient for the Orky stew I think.....
ReplyDeleteThat's our secret Markus!
DeleteI do love the chef but its the field kitchen which really makes it for me. Those extra bits are so detailed.
ReplyDeleteThanks Robert, I'm always looking for extra!
DeleteAce job! Weird and wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI like that Jonas!
DeleteGot a particular fondness for the table.
ReplyDeleteMaybe I'm just hungry..
For ork goodness!
DeleteVery cool stuff Fran!
ReplyDeleteChristopher
Nice of you to say!
DeleteWhat are the blue balls in the box? Incendiary devices of some sort? Very nice work!
ReplyDeleteCabbages!
DeleteGreat stuff Fran!
ReplyDeleteThanks Sander!
DeleteSuitably revolting - as an Ork kitchen should be ( I assume)
ReplyDeleteVery much so!
DeleteLooking great and I love the mobile kitchen. I so want one of them
ReplyDeleteYou got to feed the troops!
DeleteThe food looks great! I'll take mine without the orc snot, please!
ReplyDeleteIt is a delicacy!
DeleteChrist Almighty that Orc is a dead ringer for the Russian cook at my old boarding school [shudder]. Pasty white instead of green and a ratsnest wig and I'd be havin' nightmares for a month! That orc's menu though - surely far too much veg and too little offal to be genuine orc food!
ReplyDeleteYou're right, definite lack of protein on the menu!
