15mm infantry forces for the "Devils Rejects".........

........and actually played a game of X-Wing!

The infantry for the mercenary unit, they are mostly GZG (NAC) which in fairness are a little dated but they come with casualties, vehicle riders and gunners!

These were my latest entry to the painting challenge and has helped close the gap a little between myself and Ray........

There will be a few additions to the unit possibly another vehicle and some drones.......

The last picture proves that figures from one company do not necessarily fit with another company's vehicles, these guys are too tall, the vehicles required kneeling gunners......

.........what can you do?

A game of X-Wing at Daniels house on his kitchen table with his game, it's been a long time since I played this but the Empire (me) pulled off a lucky (tactical genius) victory........

......it was good to roll a few dice again!

  1. Great collection of 15 minis sic-if, Fran, and good to see you rolling some dice on the tabletop too. I love the basing you’ve used too with the red foliage - nice contrast ;-)

  8. 2 Tie defenders and a Tie I are a very forgiving empire force!

Wow, that is a lot of 15mm sci-fi figures! I feel embarrassed how few things I am painting at the moment! - thanks for showing what can be done with a bit of discipline!!!

  11. I like those casualties. Did you make them or they can be bought as shown?
I wish I could paint as fast as you

  13. Salute, my General! Invasion seems imminent. The number, and quality of your troops is amazing. Hail Franonia!

  14. Building up nicely there. They may be getting on a bit as these things go, but I do rather like those NAC troops.

  15. I say quite a force you have there. More than sufficient to beat the Royonian's I would think.

  16. Woweewow! You certainly didn't hold back on this entry, Fran. Quite an impressive array of fine brushwork.

  17. Great looking unit Fran. I’ve always resisted the temptation to get in to 15mm Sci Fi (although I do have Stargrunt and Horizon Wars rule sets) but seeing the way these figures have turned out resistance may be futile....

  18. Looks like fun! I played 7 Days to Die with my brother. That was fun, too :)

  19. The problems with scaling in 15mm are indeed troublesome at times and very hard to avoid when ordering online. They make some excellent casualties though.
Excellent looking force you got there.
