    Genius...must remember these next time I am dragged to the supermarket. I hate food shopping with my wife. I knew we need to eat, I know she needs help, I know its unfair to ask her to go alone... but I would willingly self harm if I thought it would get me out of shopping. Even a 'small' shopping trip takes three hours! And my wife (bless her) reads the back of EVERY packet and tin.
